Earthquake in Peru

On Wednesday an 8.0 magnitude earthquake hit the Western coast of Peru causing 500+ deaths and destruction to Peru's infastructure. Dave and I were just there in May and witnessed first hand how amazing the Peruvian people are - they are incredibly hard working and are so generous, driven and kind. Our thoughts are with all the Peruvians dealing with this national tragedy and also are with those tourists who are now trying to get back home.

If you are looking for a way to help the Red Cross has an international disaster relief team and they honor donor intent so you can make sure it goes to the people of Peru:
